A. DiCesaris
Chief Executive
Office and Director

David A. DiCesaris currently serves as CEO and Director of Marquette
Equipment Finance. Previously, Mr. DiCesaris served as CEO and
Director of Applied Financial, an equipment leasing and financing
company he co-founded in November 2000. From 1994 until November
2000, Dave served as Executive Vice President of Matrix Funding
Corporation. Dave is a graduate of Pomona College, Claremont,
Ca., where he holds a B.A. degree in economics. |

L. Christensen

James L Christensen serves as President of Marquette Equipment
Finance. From November 2000, Jim served as General Counsel and
later as President of Applied Financial. Previously, Jim was
Co-Founder and Managing Partner in the law firm of Corbridge,
Baird & Christensen. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University
and the J. Reuben Clark College of Law. |
Christian
F. Emery
Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer

Christian F. Emery currently serves as Vice President and CFO
of Marquette Equipment Finance. Previously, Mr. Emery served
as Controller of Matrix Funding Corporation and as Chief Financial
Officer of Applied Financial. Mr. Emery has worked in the leasing
industry for the past twenty years, garnering experience in
accounting, tax and operating systems. Mr. Emery graduated from
the University of Utah with a B.S. degree in economics. |
Shanni
E. Staker

Vice President and Secretary

Shanni E. Staker currently serves as Executive Vice President
and Secretary of Marquette Equipment Finance. Ms. Staker is
responsible for all transaction documentation. Previously, Ms.
Staker served as Senior Vice President / Documentation Manager
of Matrix Funding Corporation and Applied Financial from 1983
to 2006. From 1972 to 1982, she served as Vice President and Manager
of FMA Leasing Company, a commercial leasing and lending company.

Tim Firth
Executive
Vice President of Sales

Tim serves as Executive Vice President of the sales department
of Marquette Equipment Finance. From 2000 – 2006, he was a Marketing
Manager and Vice President of Applied Financial. Prior to Applied
Financial, he was an Account Executive and Sales Manager for
Matrix Funding Corporation. From 1985 – 1997, Mr. Firth was
President and Owner of Mobile Electrical Supply Company. Tim
graduated with a B.S. degree in business administration from
the University of Utah. |
